How does the ranking system work?

We use an ELO-based rating system. You start at 1200 points. Winning against higher-rated opponents earns more points, while losing to lower-rated opponents costs more. Each game has its own separate rating.

Can I delete my account?

What does Premium membership include?

Premium members enjoy an ad-free experience, exclusive board skins, priority matchmaking, and a special profile badge. Premium is $4.99/month or $39.99/year (save 33%).

What are coins used for?

Coins are our in-game currency used to purchase cosmetic items like board skins, piece designs, and avatars. Coins don't affect gameplay — they're purely for customization.

Can I get a refund?
